- Apartment is realistic in the photographs shown, the apartment has clean bedding and towels and it is complete with the correct furniture and white goods
- In the price by night are included all costs in the apartment (electricity, internet, airconditioning); prices are per night for whole apartment for number of persons stated in price lists eg. 1-2 prs=1 or 2 prs/per night - same price
- Entering the apartment is from 14:00 h and leaving is untill 12:00 h , unless previously agreed with the client with other arrangement; if the apartment is free on the day of your departure, we can extend the stay
- To clients who are coming by plane we offer transport services from the airport to apartments with compensation in the amount of 20 euro, and also from the apartment to the airport at the same price
- In the agreed time we will wait for you in the apartment, with basic explanations regarding the apartment will submit to you the keys to the apartment and make arrangements in what time you want to leave the apartment on the day of your departure
- Apartment is taking over in full working order and as such should be returned, any damage in the apartment by the guest should be immediately reported to us and guests should compensate the damage. We please guests to respect the house rules in the building as well as in apartment
- We please guests to take out the garbage from the apartment daily
- It is strictly forbidden consuming cigarettes and tobacco in the bedroom
- With the allowed possibilities, we provide all the services that will make your stay more pleasant and comfortable (rent a car with or without driver, catering and domestic kitchen, food supply, mini bar, relax massage) - ask! we will try to help
- Prices are higher during the period around New Year
- In the apartment you can expect: coffee, sugar, salt, oil, vinegar and other basic spices

- Emergency reservations, which are implemented by your call after 21:00 h for overnight stay will be charged 30% more on the price
